Juice Counter kitchen handles nuts and legumes such as cashews. Although we are extremely careful with how we handle produce and the machines that are used for juicing, cross contamination with nuts can happen. If you are extremely allergic to nuts, avoid Juice Counter. Although we do not use nuts or honey in our juices, we do use nuts and honey in our smoothies, mylks and food.
We do not diagnose or treat illnesses. Individuals with serious illness should compile data from several sources prior to fasting. Individuals using prescription medication should not do a cleanse since the effects of their medication will be amplified by their cleaner system. extremely toxic people should not attempt cleanse longer than three days without medical supervision. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not attempt a cleanse.
Juice Counter does not make any claims of the effectiveness of juice fasting to cure or heal illnesses.
We are serve organic, cold pressed, fresh juice and plant inspired food. Additionally, we are serving unpasteurized, raw juices. Although our standard operating procedures for cleanliness and consistency in each part of our juice production is top level, harmful bacteria may still exist in the juice, causing some individuals to become ill. This is a risk in eating organic raw veggies and fruit in an unpasteurized environment.
